The Horn's ministry is helping churches become increasingly fruitful in making disciples of Jesus. They help churches identify barriers to growth by assessing the health of the church. This is supplemented by their prayer ministry and coaching for church leaders. Prior to being missionaries, Scott and Delores were involved in many aspects of vocational Christian ministry and saw the needs of church leaders for support and coaching. This is what developed their vision and passion for their current missionary work.
