Phil and Heidi Litle are long-term missionaries with The Global Mission serving at Beit Eliyahu, a Messianic Jewish congregation in Israel. Both met at MIT, where Phil graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Heidi in Architecture, and where their faith was deepened through Campus Crusade for Christ. Sensing God's call to full-time ministry, they married in 1983 and began serving with CRU. They transitioned to Israel in 1989 and have served in many roles while there.

In 2013, Phil and Heidi joined The Global Mission and began serving full time at Beit Eliyahu where Phil serves as Associate Pastor. Their ministry includes teaching, small groups, counseling, leadership training, and congregational life. Having raised five children in Israel, all of whom are fluent in Hebrew and have served in the IDF, the Litles are deeply rooted in Israeli society and culture. Their decades of faithful service, marked by both joyful fruit and profound personal loss, reflect an unwavering commitment to sharing the gospel and building the body of Messiah in Israel.
