Typically, no prior experience is required, although it might depend on where you hope to serve. We coordinate everything and prepare your team before you go. What matters most is a willing heart and a teachable spirit. Our team will walk you through what to expect, how to engage well, and how to process what you see.

We send teams to Haiti, Israel, Mexico, and South Asia. The needs of the people and the requests of the local leadership form the basis for how we serve — from offering humanitarian aid and food outreaches to building to healing prayer to evangelism among unreached people groups to trauma care. When you inquire, we can help you find the trip that fits your team's gifts and calling.

Trip lengths vary by region and purpose, typically ranging from 3-10 days. We will give you a clear itinerary during the application process so you can plan accordingly.

We take safety seriously and assess conditions on the ground continuously. Although dangerous things may be happening in other parts of a country, we do not take teams to areas that are dangerous. We have years of experience operating in these regions and deep relationships with local partners who help us navigate wisely. We will never send a team somewhere we do not believe it is responsible to go.

Trip costs vary based on destination and duration and typically include briefings, flights, accommodations, meals, in-field logistics and a debriefing / reunion afterwards. We provide a full cost breakdown early in the process so participants can plan and fundraise. Most team members raise their trip funds through their church or personal support network. We encourage this aspect of fundraising as a faith building element of the mission itself.

Yes, and that is often how it works best. We love to partner with churches and can help them organize teams tailored to their congregation's size and focus. We function as a missions pastor on call — we handle the logistics, you bring the people.
